The National Labour Commission has received Personnel Protective Equipments (PPE) from Treanssion Technology Ghana Limited to enhance its operations.
The items included 2,700 pieces of Nose Mask, 3000 surgical gloves, 1 box of Medical goggles and 10 boxes of bottled water.
At a short ceremony to receive the items, Mrs. Dorothy Ameyaw Kwarteng, the Human Resource Supervisor for the Company noted that the gesture formed part of their support for agencies of state that it had been working with for sometime now.
She added that the company has also donated some of the items to the 37 Military Hospital, National Communication Authority and Bank of Ghana.
Receiving the items, the Director for Administration and Human Resources, Dr. Mrs. Bernice Welbeck on behalf of the Commission thanked the company for their kind gesture. According to her, the donated items will go a long way to support the work of the Commission to continue to provide service to its clients despite the existence of the Corona virus.
